During the end of 19th century the USA focused mainly on building its empire. The government of the USA focused on the relationships with the foreign countries to gain maximum power over the world by modifying their foreign policies. During this period, USA explored the world in various ways such as industrialization and trade. In the various parts of the world, the USA used the foreign policies of Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft and by using these policies the USA began to expand its national boundaries. This paper will explore how the U.S. foreign policy between 1898 and 1945 create connections abroad and prompt questions at home.
